Queen Isn’t Done Rocking: Roger Taylor Teases Epic Las Vegas Sphere Residency with Adam Lambert

Defying Farewell Speculation
After more than 30 years of electrifying audiences alongside Adam Lambert, Queen remains at the forefront of live performance innovation. Despite whispers of final tours and farewells, Taylor and guitarist Brian May are making it clear that the band has no intention of stepping aside anytime soon.
The Las Vegas Sphere: Queen’s Next Frontier
Inspired by the Eagles’ jaw-dropping show at the Las Vegas Sphere, May is leading talks for Queen to take residency at the cutting-edge venue. “I was blown away,” May says. “It’s one of the best shows I’ve ever seen in my life — incredible visuals and sound. I kept thinking, ‘We could do something stupendous here.’”
For May, the Sphere residency represents the perfect blend of live performance thrill and sustainable logistics. “I’ve toured for 50 years. I love playing shows, but the grind of a worldwide tour can be exhausting. A residency gives us the chance to innovate without burning out,” he explains.
