On September 3, Good Morning America revealed the Season 34 cast of Dancing with the Stars, including Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles, actor Corey Feldman, influencer Alix Earle, Robert Irwin, Hilaria Baldwin, Danielle Fishel, Dylan Efron — and actress Elaine Hendrix, forever remembered as Meredith Blake from The Parent Trap.

An Unexpected Pairing

Hendrix, 54, was paired with professional dancer Alan Bersten, 31, who is dating fellow pro Emma Slater. The unlikely duo admitted to the Daily Mail that in just one week of rehearsals, they had already developed a strikingly close bond.

“You get real intimate real fast on this show,” Hendrix said. “With Alan, it’s like add water and instant family. He’s my coach, but he’s also my security blanket.”
