KENTUCKY WILDCATS IN TROUBLE: KAM WILLIAMS SUSPENDED AFTER FAN ALTERCATION Coach Mark Pope has suspended Kentucky Wildcats forward Kam Williams for two games after he swung his arm at a fan during Tuesday’s game in Lexington. Williams can still appeal, but he is now expected to miss the Kentucky Wildcats’ potential upcoming games against Alabama and Missouri. Williams’ actions violated league rules, which state that “players are not permitted to enter the stands or confront fans at any time during game day and… if a player makes unnecessary physical contact with a fan in any way that constitutes unsportsmanlike conduct or causes crowd control issues and/or a risk of injury, he will be held liable.”
